One Pierrepont Plaza transforms an existing Brooklyn plaza into an attractive lunchtime spot. The plaza adds new paving; adds subtle modern precast copings and a coating system to the existing brick planter walls; and will have mounded verdant plantings with white blooms across all seasons.
